Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision and efficiency.
- Diagnose complex issues, including leak detection, pipe bursting, and water heater failures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and on-site explanations.
- Ensure all work complies with local Austin codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Mentor junior apprentices and trainees as required.
Qualifications
- Current Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, fixtures, and water treatment equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight spaces or at heights.
- Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
