Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layout.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the electrical field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and wiring standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
