Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations for residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting of existing electrical systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients.

Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Residential Electrician License in Virginia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
- Proficiency with power tools, test meters, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
