Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts and systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in commercial and industrial settings.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical concepts to clients clearly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
