Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on residential and commercial projects.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute projects accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local California regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding project timelines and requirements.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice electricians and maintaining a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications
- Certified California Journeyman Electrician License (valid and in good standing).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Electrical Code.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and technical aptitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
