Responsibilities
- Perform complex residential and commercial pipe repairs, installations, and replacements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan work accurately.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and national building codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently, providing clear explanations to clients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate quotes and professional communication.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials to ensure job site readiness.
Qualifications
- Valid and current California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Expert knowledge of pipefitting, valves, fixtures, drainage systems, and water heaters.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
