Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic work and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install and maintain water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other fixtures according to local codes.
- Read blueprints and schematics to plan pipe layouts and identify potential issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate estimates and clean work areas.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service teams regarding job status.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Texas State Plumbing License required.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipe fitting, soldering, welding, and reading blueprints.
- Tools: Own reliable transportation and a comprehensive set of professional tools.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
