Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Locate and diagnose sources of leaks and other plumbing problems.
- Use hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, saws, and torches.
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems and provide solutions.
- Adhere to all local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required (Georgia).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
