Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, pouring concrete, and laying foundations
- Safely operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Perform quality checks on completed work phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial/construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites
