- Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using modern diagnostic tools.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work is completed in strict accordance with local and state building codes.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical issues in clear terms and providing transparent quotes.
- Safety Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards at all times.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of plumbing projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Tennessee Journeyman or Master Plumber License is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Tools: Own and maintain a personal set of professional plumbing tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
