Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators) and power tools safely
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure precision and quality
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless project execution
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports for accurate payroll processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience in residential/commercial settings
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
- Reliable transportation to job sites within 50-mile radius
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with weekly pay expectations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
