Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation, demolition, and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read blueprints and project instructions to ensure accuracy
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily timecards and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
