Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under certified supervision
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradespeople in carpentry, masonry, and finishing operations
- Ensure job site cleanliness and proper waste management procedures
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical diagrams
- Participate in daily briefings and progress reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical activity
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory tracking
