Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site daily.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols.
- Perform basic digging, lifting, hauling, and cleaning as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically demanding work requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from site managers.
