- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and maintaining safety perimeters
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and task completion
- Follow blueprints and instructions precisely to ensure project accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with diverse teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
