Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely using proper techniques
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power tools under supervision
- Demolish structures and debris removal using provided equipment
- Set up and remove safety barriers, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Perform site cleanup and waste management according to regulations
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
