Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation and material handling
- Perform physical tasks like lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading materials
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the workday
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support skilled trades with material preparation and cleanup duties
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Boston metro area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
