Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material preparation and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (drills, saws, levels)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform basic concrete work and finish tasks
- Support other trades as needed for project completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
