Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and structural work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, excavators) safely and efficiently
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related field experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
