Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean construction sites, removing debris and hazards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with tasks like concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain site organization and inventory of materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
