Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials using hand tools and machinery
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Mix/pour concrete and spread gravel/sand
- Build/dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians)
- Maintain clean work environments
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Drug-free and background check required
