Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks and cleanup operations
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unload materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Contribute to team goals with punctuality and reliability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
