Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain organized job sites and safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Report hazards to site supervisors
- Follow project blueprints and instructions
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – we train!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
