Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise installations
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and Florida electrical codes
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend projects
- Mentor junior technicians on safety protocols and best practices
- Document service reports and maintain client communication records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex circuit and system issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent physical stamina for weekend shifts and job site conditions
- Proven track record of safety compliance and zero-incident record
- Experience with smart home and renewable energy systems (preferred)
