Responsibilities
- Perform routine plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations including leak detection, fixture replacement, and pipe fitting.
- Respond to emergency service calls and resolve plumbing issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project execution.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, wrenches, and soldering equipment, safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide professional service updates.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome apprentices and beginners; we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and material estimation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to obtain necessary state licensure or certifications as required by Pennsylvania regulations.
