Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend projects
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for urgent repairs
- Maintain detailed project documentation and safety reports
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical installation/repair experience
- Expert knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent physical stamina for climbing/lifting (up to 50 lbs)
