Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Ensure strict compliance with California Electrical Code (CEC) and OSHA standards
- Perform diagnostic testing on circuits, transformers, and distribution panels
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain detailed work documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise reading technical schematics and building plans
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential weekday flexibility
- Pass background check and drug screening upon hire
- Valid driver's license with clean record
