Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions safely
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local building codes
- Manage project timelines and client communications
- Train junior electricians on best practices
- Document work and maintain job site safety
Qualifications
- Tennessee state electrical license (required)
- Minimum 3 years hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial wiring
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
