Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage projects from inspection through final client sign-off
- Mentor junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in California
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for emergencies
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
