Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise installations
- Ensure compliance with Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and drainage systems
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers on renovation projects
- Maintain organized job sites and provide clear client consultations
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State plumbing license or journeyman certification
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
