Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (drains, water heaters, fixtures)
- Install new plumbing systems and components per building codes
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour response window
- Perform pipefitting, valve repairs, and water line replacements
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate service logs and customer communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado plumbing license or certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response availability (weekends/nights)
