Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Read blueprints and follow site supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unuck equipment and materials using proper lifting techniques
- Perform trenching, demolition, and concrete finishing tasks
- Complete daily time logs and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but comprehensive training provided
- OSHA 10 certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily on uneven surfaces
