Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate estimates
- Perform pipefitting, fixture repairs, and water heater installations
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage job scheduling, material inventory, and client communication
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain service quality standards
- Respond to emergency calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in Texas
- Valid Texas plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe/fixture issues
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screen required
