Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure compliance with Tennessee plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and service vehicles
Qualifications
- Tennessee plumbing license (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repair
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
