Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with Washington plumbing codes (WAC 296-46)
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 rotation
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order plumbing supplies
- Generate detailed service reports and invoices
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (PL01-PL04)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with trenchless rehabilitation techniques
