Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Comply with Seattle plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage emergency calls and after-hours service requests
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Estimate project costs and provide client consultations
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license required
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with trenchless and green plumbing technologies
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug-free workplace compliance
