Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial buildings in Atlanta and surrounding NC areas.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Perform troubleshooting on complex electrical issues to minimize downtime for clients.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical work to ensure high standards of quality.
- Mentor junior electricians and provide on-the-job training.
- Estimate material and labor costs for new projects.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Georgia (and willing to obtain NC license if needed).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
