Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and power distribution issues efficiently.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all installations and repairs.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician License (required in MD or PA).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Baltimore and PA region.
