Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations and repairs in residential and commercial settings according to local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan layouts and installation strategies.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and is completed within the agreed-upon timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety during job sites.
- Comply with OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required or equivalent extensive hands-on experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and NEC (National Electrical Code).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
