Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts.
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Mentor and supervise apprentice electricians and junior staff.
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Prepare detailed work orders and time logs for accurate billing and reporting.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Ability to read and utilize complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Certification in OSHA 10 or 30 is highly preferred.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
