Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently.
- Mentor junior electricians and provide on-site training to ensure team excellence.
- Manage project timelines and communicate effectively with clients regarding progress and issues.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and NEC (National Electrical Code).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency with modern electrical testing tools and software.
