Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend emergency response for critical outages
- Maintain detailed project documentation and safety logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Virginia Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexibility for on-call weekend rotations
