Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using blueprints, gauges, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform emergency repairs and routine maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide detailed cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job sites and personal vehicle.
- Document all work performed and complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
