Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Lead teams of electricians on large-scale construction projects
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NYC electrical codes and OSHA regulations
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Master Electrician license
- Minimum 5 years commercial electrical experience
- Proven leadership experience on large-scale projects
- Expertise in power distribution systems and controls
- Familiarity with NYC building codes and permitting
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
