Responsibilities
- Design, install, and maintain complex electrical systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices on the job site.
- Prepare detailed project estimates and ensure work is completed within budget and timeline.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.
- Current OSHA 30 or OSHA 10 General Industry certification.
- Strong proficiency with blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings.
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
