Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical details to clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices when needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current OSHA 30 or 10 certification is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
