Responsibilities
- Execute complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on weekends to minimize disruption to weekday operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute work efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards, NEC codes, and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality electrical solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, including time logs and material usage.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proven ability to work effectively during weekend shifts and holidays.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments (confined spaces, heights).
