Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Assist in wiring, terminating, and splicing conductors according to the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe, efficient, and fully compliant manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and tool storage.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for travel to job sites).
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain required trade licenses/certifications (we provide on-the-job training).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
