Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial and residential settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to identify safety hazards and compliance issues.
- Install and troubleshoot lighting systems, power distribution, and control systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Lead junior electricians and apprentices on job sites, providing mentorship and guidance.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Los Angeles.
