Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Washington State plumbing codes and regulations
- Lead junior plumbers and apprentices on large-scale projects
- Provide exceptional customer service with transparent communication
- Manage inventory and order materials for job sites
- Prepare detailed service reports and project documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State Master Plumber license
- Expertise in residential and commercial systems
- Strong knowledge of backflow prevention and water conservation
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Clean driving record and valid WA driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proven track record of safety compliance
